On April 1, 2023 all Texas First (and former Rental One locations) will close for systems integration and maintenance.
All locations will reopen as usual on Monday, April 3. All Rental One customers will continue to pay invoices using the Rental One payment portal for invoices with dates prior to April 1, 2023 until balances are zeroed out. All Texas First rental invoices after April 1, 2023 will need to be paid using the Texas First customer portal. As you recieve a Texas First invoice customers will recieve notification to sign-up for the Texas First customer portal. Standard check by mail remittance is also an option.
